Residential is a humanity' synthesized product in certain natural envirornment.The reserved residential during each historical period are living fossils which are considered as the no melody epic with the certain natural and humanity history.It is a complex with construction materials,science and technology,art,sculpture,traditional culture,aesthetic orientation and custom.Paper focuses on the few representatives residential in the south of Hebei province-Boyan residential and researches on the traditional residential and the custom culture.
