Research On Residential Decoration Construction Schedule Management System For Project Team

To regulate the decoration market and promote the healthy development of decoration industry, a series of policies have been presented for promoting refined decoration since 1999. At present, the developers have devoted a lot to promote the hardcover rooms in terms of scale and strength. However, they face many problems during the process, such as the contradiction between the owner’s personalized requirements and industrialization, the opaque decorate information and the increasing difficulties of batch decoration management. The work of this thesis is part of a group decoration project which relies on the web-based collaborative commerce platform for the housing hardcover industry. Combining with the decoration project construction schedule management and production planning management theory, the residential decoration construction schedule for project team system is constructed, a construction schedule is compiled based on the flow method and the construction schedule management system for refined decoration is designed and implemented as well in order to improve the efficiency of compiling the construction schedule plan and ensure the applicability of the construction schedule.The contents of this thesis are arranged as follows:The first chapter introduces the present development of the residential decoration industry and its research progress.The problems to be solved for building the project team decoration of the housing construction schedule are proposed according to the research status in related field, afterward the research content and the overall framework is proposed.The second chapter covers the analysis and design of the system. First, the characteristics of the project team decoration engineering is analized; Second, the plan at all levels of preparation process is designed based on the characteristics;Then,the basic requirements of the refined decoration construction schedule management system is analized,and the conceptual data model is proposed; Finally, the key technology of system implementation and the overall system structure based on B/S structure is introduced.The third chapter mainly studies the three key technologies of system implementation.First, the decoration ability demand model is put forward, and the sloving process is designed; Second, the construction layer sort within the project team is studied based on rules, Finally, the construction section sequences of unit housing is researched based on concept analysis method.The fourth chapter shows the design and implementation of a prototype system. It firstly introduces the development environment, database design, function module design. Then a running instance of the system is given. Finally, the prototype system is objectively evaluated and improvement suggestions are proposed.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of the full text.
