Based on the research of the planning and construction of the new countryside Yanzhaoas the main line, the author analyzes the Yanzhao new rural construction problems andsuggestions, through participation in social practice and design of Hot Springs VillageinChengde county lookscomprehensive rectification programme, in-depth study of theembodied, Hot Springs Villagein Chengde county rural residential use in landscapeplanning and design the traditional folk culture, the new rural residential design as well asthe basic rule of rural landscape planning and focus, analysis of the basic form of HotSprings Village residential layout, and follow the local traditional folk culture, discusses thenew rural planning and development in Hebei, new problems and new rural constructionofcomfortable, modern.The article discusses from four parts:(a) analysis of the basic situation of the Hebei’snew rural construction (two) the Hot Springs Village in Chengdeof traditional folk andnew residential renovation (three) times characteristics of Chengde Hot Springs Villageresidential characteristics and folk culture (four) explore Chengde Hot Springs Villageresidential design and basic function.
