| Traction winch is an important mechanical equipment,which plays an important role in many fields such as offshore oil,ship transportation,mine engineering,construction and so on.Most traction winches work in harsh conditions,such as mine hoisting,which not only has high requirements for the reliability of winch,but also has higher requirements for the control of rope tension of winch.Compared with other driving forms,the introduction of hydraulic technology has a series of advantages,such as compact structure,high power/weight ratio,large driving torque,stable starting,convenient speed regulation,safe and reliable use,and so on.However,the control performance of tension is still to be improved when the load changes greatly.The operation speed and stability of the winch are dependent on the experience of the operator in the tension control,whether it is closed loop control or open loop control.Based on the design of hydraulic winch test platform developed by a company,combined with AMESim simulation software,this paper gives a more comprehensive analysis and design process for hydraulic system,tension control and motor speed regulation of constant tension control hydraulic winch.The hydraulic system of the winch is analyzed and designed in the light of the design requirements of the winch.The design calculation and selection of key components are also carried out.The open loop tension control in output due to input pressure and tension of many factors is not completely linear,the need for modeling and simulation analysis of the key components of the hydraulic motor output torque characteristics,its output characteristic is affected by pressure and load change influence.Finally,combined with the winch system modeling,simulation and analysis,the winch experiment is carried out,and the accuracy of the model is verified.It also proves the significance of the design work of hydraulic winch and the research value of hydraulic winch tension open loop control system.In view of the above problems,the contents of each chapter of the paper are described as follows:(1)First,it introduces the function and classification of the winch,the traction mechanism of the hydraulic winch and its hydraulic system,summarizes the research status of the tension control technology of the hydraulic traction winch at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the research significance and main research content of the paper.(2)To analyze and design both of the hydraulic power system and the hydraulic control system of the winch,according to the analysis of the tension control requirements under the different working conditions of the hydraulic winch.(3)Because of the tension control system adopts open loop control,the torque output characteristic of the hydraulic motor will have a certain influence on the tension control.The output of the hydraulic motor will change in the release and recovery conditions,that is,the tension of the cable is not consistent with the motor outlet pressure adjustment relationship controlled by the overflow valve.So,The key component of the tension control system is the analysis of the torque characteristic of the oblique axis axial piston hydraulic motor,and the simulation is carried out with the AMESim software and the realization process is given.(4)The tension control system is modeled,and the tension control curve of the hydraulic winch based on the electric proportional overflow valve under different loads and working conditions is obtained,and the relationship between the pressure control and the output tension of the electric proportional relief valve in the cable recovery and the cable release condition is analyzed.(5)Establish the constant tension hydraulic winch simulation model and simulation results in AMESim.The experiment of constant tension hydraulic winch is designed and the load of the simulated constant tension winch of different types of hydraulic winch is selected.The test and experiment analysis of the winch for the winch is realized in the way of "pulling" by the winch and the winch.The correctness of the theory of constant tension hydraulic winch system is verified,and the controllability of tension can be achieved.Finally,on the basis of summing up the whole work,the author points out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the whole work,as well as the aspects to be improved and the future direction of optimization. |
