A Research To The Reconstruction Of Village-in-City In Tang Shan's Hi-Tec Zone

"Villages-in-City " refers to the rural settlements which are comprised in the urban area as a result of rapid expansion of cities. As a result of the China's long-term isolation system of the urban and rural areas which caused management deficiencies, that make the city construction and management confusion, poor living conditions, perplexing social relations and so on, the above mentioned social phenomenon has seriously affected the overall development of cities, which brings many problems in the urban management and further development , that is to say the villages in the city has become the impending settlement problem in the current urban development construction.With the Tang Shan's economy rapid development, more and more industrial enterprises and projects which were set up in the high-tech zones, that making the scale of usable construction land is getting smaller and smaller in the high-tech region, on the contrary, the number of city land for construction is gradually increasing. Owing to environmental clutter, deficient public facilities, traffic jam, lacking municipal pipe network, etc., these villages in the city have become main factors which affect the urban landscape and restrict urban development. Therefore, how to carry out reconstruction the villages -in - city, realize the intensive land exploitation,urgrade the overall strength and grade in the industrial park development,that has become one of the most pressing and critical issues at the present time in the high-tech zones.At present, the villages–in-city reconstruction that is in the exploratory stage, Tang Shan's reconstruction also summarized the experience and lesson after more than ten years of development. Based on history, actuality research of the High-tech Zone in Tang Shan, the text analyze the current existent problems and the procreant causes of villages in the city, which bring forward reconstruction's strategy and propose in the high-tech zones, and explore how to avoid the emergence of a new villages–in-city in the process of urban development, with a view to playing a guiding role in the reconstruction of villages and urban economic development.The body of thesis is divided into six parts:1. Introduction: This put forward the thesis research background and research significance, villages–in-city together with the similar problem's research theory and practice at home and abroad and elucidate the research objectives in this article.2. Theoretical analysis of villages–in-city reconstruction: which state the relevant theory of reconstruction from the three main aspects of the reconstruction theory, pattern and main part.4. Reconstruction strategy of villages–in-city in high-tech zones: It is the keystone of this article which put forward some effective reform measures in the high-tech zones from the four aspects of city planning, villagers'aftercare, social security and employment education.5.To prevent the emergence of villages–in-city: This is the highlight of this article, which bring forward some effective suggestions of villages–in-city emergence from the four facets and combined with practice in high-tech zones.6. Conclusion: The high-tech zones become a new modernization city in good living environment, strong comprehensive strength and high happiness index of the people, thereby promoting economic development and realizing the harmonious development of society.
