Study On The Planning Of In-City Village In Harbin Under The Concept Of Harmonious Cities

In-city villages is a result of rapid urbanization in China, it has greatly influenced the sustainable development of urbanization in china. At present, the transformation of in-city village has become one of important historical task faced by local governments, how to reasonably and effectively complete the in-city village renovation is not only related to China’s urbanization process smoothly, also will have a profound impact on the immediate interests of the people. The government of Harbin and relevant departments attach great importance to this problem, has been active in research and seek effective ways of solving the problem, but because of the in-city village transformation involves multiple social contradictions, difficulties and more sharp, the planning of in-city village of Harbin is faced with severe challenges, the situation is not optimistic.This paper mainly studies in-city village of Harbin reconstruction and planning, the author studies a large number of relevant literature, Depth mastery of the theories about in-city village planning and practice experience. Based on the these, through to survey present situation of in-city village in Daowai district, Songbei district, Daoli district, Nangang district, Xiangfang district, Pingfang district and Songbei district of Harbin, and summarized main problems of in-city villages and reform facing the difficulty. And based on the above research, proposed reconstruction planning objectives, principles and strategies of in-city village of under the concept of harmonious cities. At last, this paper has studied on planning reconstruction of this place.The Harmony of industry development and spatial development of the village and city bring Hongguang village into the city of Harbin, including living space, traffic space, service space, industrial space, municipal space and landscape space, which not only enhances the image of Harbin, but also verifies the feasibility of in-city village reconstruction methods under the harmonious cities concept.This research helps Harbin government smoothly to urbanization, and science as a whole urban and rural development, provides the beneficial reference for the future in-city village reconstruction planning in the urban planning department of Harbin and other cities.
