Since the reform and opening up,the total of the urban housing increase rapidly.With the development of urban construction and the living standards of urban residents,the aging problem of the housing is growing more serious,and they are faced with regeneration.The regeneration of existing housing(area) is an important content of Urban Sustainable Development.It does not adopt the method to remove and rebuilt in existed housing,but through exert corresponding means make it another to become housing resource with good living function.The study on this subject of existed housing regeneration has received the general concern in the world in recent years.At present,some major cities in China have also embarked on large-scale regeneration of the existed housing area.In order to establish the condition of our country for the regeneration of the existed housing area,this research:1) Explore the current situation of the existed housing area and regeneration from the community,support and infilling the three levels.The object of study is China's housing construction in 1980s'(In Dalian as an example),and summed up China's existing problems of regeneration in the existed housing area through the actual research,and summarized the existing housing structure space type.2) Put forward the technical practices and possible solutions for the regeneration of the existed housing area,thus so explore the existing regeneration method of the housing area.On one hand this research results can offer the basic basis for the fact that the formulation and execution of relevant policies for the regeneration of the existed housing area,on another hand to propose the corresponding countermeasure for respects such as the design of housing in the future,etc.
