Furthermore, it has established the aided knowledgebase under current system to promote the implementation of maintainable regeneration. It mainly includes the following several aspects:First of all, through analyzing the characteristics of regeneration practice in relation to our existing housing, Property Right of Housing and relevant system requirements, it points out that maintainable regeneration which advocates paying close attention to routine maintenance, calculated maintenance and repair from preventive perspective is able to continuously improve the quality of existing houses, cope with the challenges faced by our existing residence. In addition, on this basis, it has discussed the difficulties and problems in promotion of maintainable regeneration.Secondly, through analysis and discussion on maintainable regeneration operation mechanism of existing residence and relevant practice in developed countries and regions, it summarizes the rich experience.Next, in accordance with enlightenment of developed countries and regions and on basis of analyzing interest demands of multiple parties in relation to maintainable regeneration of our existing houses, it digs up the motive force for carrying out maintainable regeneration. By setting up organizational structure and implementation procedures of maintainable regeneration, it has laid a solid foundation for operation of maintainable regeneration.
