The Study On The TOD Applying In Suburb Residential District Planning Of China

As China's urbanization process accelerated, in the eastern coastal cities there have been signs of suburbanization, the expansion of suburban living space as a performance of one of suburbanization, triggered by problems are more and more cause for concern.In the West in the 1990s against the disorder spread, the outbreak of a new urbanism of thought, its advocacy of an important mode of development is TOD: Transit-Oriented-Development (transit-oriented- development).
