The Developmental Research On Chongqing Modern Residential Area—Seeking On Theory And Planning Means Of Low-rise And Low-density Residential Area In Suburb

With the housing as a commodity tending toward the market, the housing construction in china have already moved toward polynary development period of low-rise, multilayer and higher level side by side. Of which, the low-rise and low-density residential area by their good natural environment get rapid development in big city suburb of our country especially in recent two years. This text are established in the low-rise and low-density residential area of Chongqing suburb on the modern background, analyzing its necessity of existence and development, demonstrate its principle of integrated design and method of conceptual design by summing up its development course, actuality and existential question of building. Further, discuss how to realize the unity between material space configuration and social space configuration in this kind of residential area, realize coordination development between human and environment.My paper divides into three parts:The first part includes Chapter 1, Chapter 2. The Chapter 1 is mainly the brief description to the task study background, study meaning, method frame and relevant concept. Chapter 2 is mainly to conclude primal problem and challenge of planning in this kind of residential area by the analysis of existing circumstance to low-rise and low-density residential area of Chongqing suburb.The second part is Chapter 3. This chapter analyzes the existent reason and development necessity of this kind residential area from the point of relevant theory of city planning, urban economics, urban sociology and urban ecology and power mechanism.The third part includes Chapter 4, Chapter 5, and Chapter 6. Among them, Chapter 4 is textual main body. Chapter 4 first brings up the principal of conceptual design of low-rise and low-density residential area of suburb. Then discuss conceptual design method of this kind residential area from zone bit selection, planning construction layout, domestic architecture layout, traffic system design, public service facility allocation and environmental design. Moreover, analyze and demonstrate by the four examples with representing different meaning. The Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 bring up the outlook to low-rise and low-density residential area of suburb based on the analysis and conclusion to the previous statement.
