With the development of wireless communication, electron and information technology, digital, informational, intellectual and portable development trends had been established in medical monitor industry. And it would play more important roles in the future. Connecting the mobile subject with the digital space via network, and realizing medical monitor ubiquitous was a focal point in the recent years.In this thesis, the development trend of medical monitor system was analyzed. The architecture of medical network monitor system was provided and four parts of research had been finished as follows,1. The whole architecture of medical monitor system had been designed according to DICOM information model and HL7 standard.2. The embedded monitor terminal hardware platform was developed on S3C2410X (ARM9) embedded panel. The real-time monitor of ECG,SPO2, temperature, blood pressure and breath rate was realized.3. The transport protocol of the data transport between the monitor control center system and the multiple parameters medical monitor terminal via GPRS network was designed, and the initial test had been accomplished.4. The monitor data mining was in research. The mostly work was on multiple linear regressions modeling and Poincare plot analysis of pulse wave.The originalities of this thesis were as follows,1. The customized Windows CE operation kernel was made by Platform Builder for the multiple parameters medical monitor terminal.2. The network communication of the medical monitor terminal was designed based on socket via GPRS wireless network and the test was succeeded.3. The AES and MD5 digital signature technique was used in the transport protocols to ensure the information safety in the data transport.The thesis provided a new idea for the telecare system based on wireless communication which would be thought as a new attempt to promote the telemedical monitor device development.
