With the rapid development of the national economy, the automation of industrial and mining enterprises increasingly high level in the production process, application of precision electrical equipment demand higher quality of the supply voltage from power distribution systems, in order to find out the current electricity supply quality of power distribution system, we need to analyze the current state of power distribution system operation, record the time and data when the unusual voltage events occurred, so that we can analyze the causes of failure to prevent the recurrence of similar circumstances, to improve the operation reliability of power distribution system.This solutions is based on the ARM9 application, after signal conditioning, three-way voltage signal change into digital signal by the AD, through the AD, after signal conditioning front-end collection of the three-way digital voltage signal, we can determine the incidence of disturbance accurately by using wavelet transform analysis algorithm, recorded the standard time and voltage data, then notify the administrator and send the data to PC in order to get down the analysis service.In the thesis, first of all the classification criteria, identification criteria and the calculating method of voltage event is be presented, Hardware implementation is based on the S3C2410X, this processor can achieve the processing speed 200MIPS. The hardware architecture of voltage event monitoring system is make up of High-quality signal conditioning modules, storage devices, standard Beijing time module with GPS and communication module with GPRS.This thesis analysis the software architecture of the system detailed, In general, the software is make up of operating system platform, drivers, application software and data analysis procedures for PC. This thesis introduces the cut and transplantation of the operating system, the calculation method, and gives an calculation flow chart of voltage events, complete the achievement of the overall test in the PC software. analysis the results in test we can find that the routine events such as voltage fluctuations, voltage interruption can be monitored well, but it is not perfect in monitor the peak of the voltage pulse signal, a detailed analysis has been given for the problems get in the testing process, and put forward solutions.
