With the popularization of our country electrified railroad, DC600V power supply system will obtain application and spread by its superiority in technique and benefit. Therefore, in order to improve reliability of DC600V power supply system, technical modification and optimization of it must be made as soon as possible. In this disquisition redundancy control system is designed. Redundant technique is mainly through increasing redundant resources to exchange for reliability. It takes an important part in modern locomotive control system and is in unceasing development.First, main circuit model of DC600V power supply system is built by simulation software MATLAB, the parameters of it are definite by simulation result, and PI controller parameters are integrated.Second, DC600V power supply cabinet redundant control system is designed, and it's circuit board also be designed, including power supply board, power supply control board, signal modulation board, digital input and output board, control signal switch board, reserving network card board. Power supply board supplies power for control system; power supply control board is used for realizing constant-voltage and restricted-current output of rectifier and malfunction protection; the signal modulation board is used for analog signal modulating; the digital input and output board is used for logical control of digital I/O signal and diagnosis of fault; redundant system is switched by signal switch board. Each board connects train network through the network card board, and accepts the order from train network to carry on respective action, while feeds back its status messages to train network. Through this manner Power supply system realizes its centralized control and information share.Next, the system software has been compiled after analyzing system function algorithm in detail. System uses integrated development environment CCS of TMS320 chip as software platform, and complied program with C & Assembly language.Lastly, the experiment of control circuit is operated to show the system which is designed in this disquisition can satisfy the actual need.
