When the DC600 V train is being repaired at A1,A2 or A3,the DC600 V inverter power unit(including the system and the non-series)simultaneously implements E1,E2,or E3,and tests the power unit.The test project is complex,demanding,if no special equipment,only by manual inspection,testing,not only big workload,time-consuming,and the test results do not necessarily can meet technical conditions.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of the current railway passenger car inverter power supply device maintenance,inverter power supply device as the research object,has developed a set of comprehensive performance test bed type passenger train DC600 V series inverter power supply device,at the same time,development,research work on the test bed are detailed described.One is the test bed by using the computer automatic control and collection technology,can with system bus type inverter power supply device to conduct a comprehensive performance test,can reduce the work intensity of the operators,to prevent the influence of human factors in the experiments.The second is the test stand adopts industrial control computer as the control center,computer use NISE-2100 industrial computer(set by Beijing think tank company production),it is a computer,LCD flat integrated CPU mainboard,17 "LCD touch screen(produced by putian huaxin)and man-machine exchange of user interface,beautiful appearance,compact size of embedded chassis,become a highly integrated,have the network function and perfect integration of I/O communication interface LCD tablet.The test software is designed in VB environment,and the whole test process is automatically completed by computer.The system has the capability of detecting and judging the performance of the bus inverter.Test data,save,query and print powerful functions.Four is from coach inverter power overhaul present situation,this paper points chapter expounds the development status of test bed,DC600 V series inverter power supply device test principle of working principle,design of test bed,at the same time the function in the process of development planning,hardware selection and software design,test method and test procedure for the design,test bed scene debugging,analyzed the choice of power supply and sensor,respectively,from the choice of power supply technology,and computer communication,sensor selection and other aspects has carried on the design,the whole process of the developed prototype.Finally,a summary of the full text is made.The test bed provides a reliable test facility for the maintenance of the bus inverter power system,which can effectively solve the problem of low production efficiency and unstable maintenance performance of the original testing facilities.
