With the rapid development of railway vehicle,the passenger train power supply system by the large power generation centralized power supply gradually is turning to the direction of DC600V power supply system.That can not only improve the transportation capacity of the train and the comfort of passengers,but also achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.The train power supply device is an important part of DC600V power supply system.Whether the power supply device is normal can directly affects the reliability and safety of the train power supply system.How to accurately detect the performance of train power supply device has been a problem to the depot maintenance department.In this paper,aiming at the problem of DC600V train power supply device which appear in the process of train operation,such as overvoltage,undervoltage,over-current,leakage protection etc.,DC600V train power supply device of HXD3C type electric locomotive was chose as the research object.A detection system for load test of DC600V train power supply unit has been designed and developed.Firstly,the working principle of DC600V power supply system and the structure of the power supply unit trains was analyzed,then the overall structure scheme of the detection system was raised.Secondly,taking into account the common faults in the main circuit of train power supply unit,fault diagnosis method which based on wavelet packet transform and least squares support vector machines was proposed,and the software MATLAB was used to simulate.Simulation results show that the fault diagnosis method based on wavelet packet transform and least squares support vector machines can preferably solve the fault diagnosis of the main circuit of the train power supply unit.Finally,the PC software system and the hardware modules of detection system which contains dry resistive load module,data acquisition module,the control loop circuit,the main circuit,the ripple detection circuit,leakage detection circuit has been designed.The detection system provides a scientific and efficient detected device for the in and out of garage experiment of train power supply unit in each train depot.And it solves the problem of the low detection efficiency,the low detection accuracy,the fault difficult to orientation in main circuit etc.,which is in original DC600V train power supply device.
