With the increasing demand of the power supply system of the train, the passenger has a new demand for safety and comfort. Therefore, the function of train auxiliary power supply is increasing. The electric power supply device will receive the 25kV single-phase AC voltage and DC power supply. The power supply of 600V DC power supply to the air-conditioning system, the single-phase AC220V transform into DC24V and DC 12V voltage, for the use of electric equipment for train control class.After three-phase inverter circuit the DC600V into the three-phase alternating current, and transport the power to the train load, so that the train can be used by residents in internal electrical appliances, which will greatly increase the versatility of the vehicle electrical equipment; the 220V AC power which from the inverter circuit, through the transformation of rectifier and half bridge circuit, gained the +12V DC power supply. The +12V DC power meets the various auxiliary control circuit of the electricity demand.Firstly, the overall system design of DC600V power supply auxiliary power supply system is carried out. The system integrated scheme and the design scheme of the power supply circuit are designed. The inverter circuit and the auxiliary switch power supply system are also developed. The inverter circuit is the main circuit, at the same time,the control scheme of main system is selected. According to the practical engineering project, the main structure of the prototype is introduced, and the development of the auxiliary power supply prototype includes the principle diagram of the prototype, the PCB and the physical map.And the test and analysis of the voltage regulation characteristics of the auxiliary power supply prototype are carried out. The test results show that the prototype has a certain practicality, and has the potential and Prospect of practical engineering application.
