The current road network planning bases the theory and method on the theory of traffic flow,regards the traffic volume as a basis for road item planning and construction. It's "car"-oriented and focuses on the satisfaction of road supply to the traffic demand.But to the layout of the regional road network in particular the road network planning from the fountain of transport which carries out research combining the future regional industrial distribution and economic development trends ,current road network planning exists defect .To solve the relationship problem between the road construction and economic development,we should begin the analysis from the inherent power of economic development and basic attributes analysis of road infrastructure, relate the economic development and road network planning with the fundamental link of transportation demand, update the planning logos, methodology, theory, system to find the road network planning theory which can forwardly adapt the development of the tranportation demand in time, provide the most appropriate level of the transport supply in accordance with the characteristics of the tranportation demand to sovle the core technology problem of the road network planning.This article launches the research based on the preliminary achievement of road network planning theory and method, aimed at the problems existing in the course of the road network planning, embarked from the relationship demand between the transportation demand and the road network planning, proceeded with transportation and the road network planning logos which is based on transportation demand, according as the objective theory that is the benefit of the main body drives the the transportation demand to realizes the displacement.The content of the research includes some material taches such as the nodes of the road network planning , road network rank structure disposition and so on. This article puts forward valid frontier model of road network rank structure disposition through the research on the relationship between the capital restriction and the grade structure.Based on the theory research, this thesis attempts to confirm the method which has solubility , feasibility and is possible to be referenced during the course of research ,which can direct the road network planning. From the theoretical and practical angles ,the research in this article has certain academic and practical value.
