Based on the actual asphalt concrete mixing plant's structure and work processes, design the asphalt concrete teaching simulation equipment, and its measurement accuracy, reliability control was further enhanced.First, comprehensively discussed the current situation of asphalt mixing plant at home and on abroad, the progress of teaching or simulating equipment. Asphalt concrete mixing station on the classification, structural components, production technology and control system was also analyzed, designing the structure and the production process of the simulation equipments. Second, having designed the mating ingredients, weighing system, temperature control system and the overall control system based on the DCS as well as chosen a suitable sensor, transmitter. Then make use of the chosen components and the real asphalt concrete mixing plant process, selecting suitable PLC, having designed a PLC system. Visual Basic 6.0 software was used to designed a group of system images, statements, weight curve and other functions, for instance, static and dynamic window interface. Finally, having researched BP neural network algorithm for static error compensation sensor because of the equipment requirements of the high-precision measurement for the results of sensor measurement in the static nonlinearity errors were better corrected.Practically, the equipment can be simulate, the reappearance mixing process and the actual working conditions as well as a very high standard of measurement precision control.
