Research On The Mating And Layout Of The Equipment And Facilities In The Typical Asphalt Mixture Mixing Plant

With the vigorous development of the economy in China,the construction of infrastructure such as road,airport,port also got a great progress.Asphalt concrete as the important raw materials of the infrastructure construction.So more care about the construction of asphalt mixing plant and production optimization can improve the quality and reduce the cost.This paper based on Xi 'an road construction machinery's Science and technology project about the key technology of asphalt mixture pavement mechanization construction mating.Corresponding to research the mating and layout of the asphalt mixture mixing station facilities and equipment.First of all,through the analysis of main equipment and facilities in asphalt mixture mixing station,introduced their function in the production process;By reference to the layout principle of chemical enterprise,divided the mixing station function area of equipment and facilities;In the process matching analysis and function division,put forward the principle of mating of equipment and facilities and function area division.Secondly,based on the plant mix heat regeneration technology and engineering case,analyzed the RAP material pre-treatment process;Raw material supply process;Blender mixing process and finished product transfer process;Determine the relationship between the production process in every stage of the process,clear about the variable parameters in the process of regenerative asphalt mixture production;analyzed the mating of equipment and facilities about LB240 strong mix + ZLB80 regeneration asphalt mixing plant.Thirdly using SLP arrangement method to explore the correlation between the various functional areas,layout the asphalt mixing plant internal functional areas based on the graph of comprehensive correlation,then map out three practical layout,last optimization analysis the three kinds of layout through fractal optimization methods,the result is option 2 as the most optimal solution.Finally using CATIA 3D software to model mixing plant equipment facilities system,and analysis the location relationship between modules about production area,then this paper proposes an arrange form different from traditional,the new arrangement form and the traditional form constitute the two vertical layout scheme,evaluation the two plans by analytic hierarchy process,through the total weight to measure the the evaluation results of the arrangement in the evaluation index system ofindex on the basis,in the view of G₁?G₂,so the new layout one is more advantage,further verify the feasibility of the new layout.
