Double drum asphalt mixing equipment is a kind of production mixing asphalt mixture mechanical engineering device,it will be different specifications of the powder,aggregate,asphalt and recycled materials according to a certain proportion mix synthetic uniform asphalt concrete,which are used for highway pavement paving material.Due to the low cost,low energy consumption and high production efficiency of the equipment,more and more people pay attention to it.It will become the mainstream of the future development of asphalt mixing equipment,at the same time,the research has become an important topic now.Double drum asphalt mixing equipment aggregate measurement is a dynamic and continuous measurement process,and has a great influence of accuracy of measurement of asphalt concrete quality.The precision of aggregate measurement is studied in this paper.Firstly,discusses the characteristics of dual drum asphalt mixing equipment,and analyzes the working principle of double drum asphalt mixing equipment aggregate metering system,through the comparison of several measurement scheme,to choose the optimal proportioning method called material pulling belt.Then,the aggregate metering belt balance the commonly used three scale frame structure were sensitivity characteristic curve analysis,come to the conclusion that the suspended scale frame to improve the static precision of aggregate metering has strong advantages,and through the dual drum asphalt regeneration mixing equipment aggregate belt scale features considered,determined by four carrier and suspended electronic belt scale.Then with dual drum asphalt regeneration mixing equipment,for example,used finite element analysis instead of the deflection formula of four supporting and suspended scale body structure is optimized to determine the weighing sensor optimal placement,reduced due to the different load state scale deformation caused by the weighing error and improve the measurement accuracy of suspended electronic belt scale.At the same time,the selection of speed sensor and the weighing sensor is analyzed,and the control scheme of the system and the calibration scheme of the belt scale are determined.Then,to aggregate belt weigher aggregate cumulant as the controlled object,the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control,and then elaborates on the Fuzzy-PID control system to achieve the specific,fuzzy control technology is a combination of traditional PID adjustment technology in the aggregate metering control system.Through to aggregate measurement system analysis,the establishment of the experience of the process,according to the principle of fuzzy control is proposed aggregate metering system of fuzzy control structure and algorithm,with the original PID control algorithm,Fuzzy-PID controller is formed,the realization of the aggregate metering control parameters on-line self adjustment.Finally,according to the design of Fuzzy-PID controller,in the environment of MATLAB/Simulink build simulation model,simulation of the aggregate metering control algorithms,and compared with the traditional PID control.The results show that the design of the Fuzzy-PID controller can obviously provided high aggregate metering system dynamic characteristics and steady state performance and faster regulation speed,smaller overshoot,better control effect,the measuring accuracy higher.At the same time,the proposed FuzzyPID algorithm is applied in the GXZG200 G on a field experiment was carried out.The results show that the accuracy of this algorithm can raise aggregate metering,has a strong practical value in engineering application.
