Asphalt Concrete Mixing Equipment, Aggregate Heating Temperature Control System Are

On the basis of demonstrating the technical procedure of asphalt concrete mixing plant , the paper uses single-chip computer as the aggregate heated temperature controller. The design plan of the control system is presented. The interface assignment of hardware, the writing and debugging of the control program are finished. The control system is reliable in performance, high in precision and fast in response velocity in the use of asphalt concrete mixing plant, which satisfies the variousrequirements of the aggregate heated temperature control very well. Finally the future research suggestion is given for the fuzzy temperature control.
