In asphalt mixing equipment asphalt heating system, the application of solar energy heating technology is a major technological innovation, a major breakthrough in the heating technology aspects ofenergy conservation and environmental protection, it not only can help enterprises obtain economic benefits, but also for the construction machinery industry and even the whole machinery and equipment industry and provides a new thought of energy conservation and environmental protection, for the sustainable development of construction of our country society has important and far-reaching significance.In the bitumen mixture equipment, the traditional asphalt heating mode requires a lot of fossil fuels, but the world is now in the state of the energy shortage, then how to reduce or even replace the use of fossil fuel sin bitumen mixture equipment is our current reality and grim task. In this paper, based on the research of solar energy heating technology of mixing equipment in asphalt heating system, proposes a use of a new type of solar heating asphalt heating mode, using heat pipe type solar collector which has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, fast start and others, design a stirring device based on the technology of solar heating asphalt heating system.This article first has carried on the comprehensive and detailed theoretical analysis to the solar heat pipe technology, emphasis on the composition and working principle of solar heat pipe, analyze the principle of solar heat pipe technology, establish solar energy heat pipe heat transfer mathematical model and analyze the main factors of affecting the heat transfer efficiency, analyze the change of the heat transfer performance in different liquid rate and under the condition of different Angle of the heat pipe, has the experimental study of the solar heat pipe, obtained by the experiment,come to a conclusion that ? 18 heat pipe is the best heat transfer liquid rate under vertically.Secondly, design study of the asphalt heating system based on solar energy heating technology of mixing equipment, mainly from two aspects: on the one hand, is the collection hot end: design study for heat pipe type solar collector, establish a heat transfer model of thecollector in theory, and has carried on the contrast experiment on the average daily efficiency and instantaneous collection efficiency, the experimental results show that the efficiency curve trend of instantaneous heat pipe type solar collector is consistent with theory, the average daily collection efficiency is high, shows that the instantaneous heat pipe type solar collector is an effective, practical stability and long service life of collector. On the other hand is the heat transfer end: the design of asphalt heating oil tank, the asphalt heating oil tank inside dish tube arrangement and the optimization design was carried out on the heat transfer area of research, and put forward an idea that adding jar structure in the asphalt heating oil tank, thus effectively reducing the heat loss, improve the heat transfer efficiency, and reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.Finally, transform the asphalt mixture prototype device used in the experimental,manufacture install solar heating system of heating asphalt tank, The energy conservation and environmental protection engineering application experiment was carried out in Xianglu science and technology park and Xiangtan maintenance station, the experimental results show that the modified bitumen mixture equipment in sunny day save 35% diesel, diesel fuel saving10% on overcast days, asphalt quality relatively increased by 20%after heating, CO2 emissions is lowed 40% contrasted with the other traditional heating, the harmful gas emissions also relatively reduced by 48%.
