Intermittent asphalt mixing equipment with systems of two times screening and measuring hot aggregate provides the basis for controlling the gradation of mixture.However,the phenomenon of "overflow" and "waiting" always exists in the production process.In order to solve the problem,the operators with lots of experience usually adjust aggregate supply parameters of mixing equipment by a big margin,resulting in the change of target mix ratio,and seriously affected the production quality and stability of asphalt mixture.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to improve the stability of asphalt mixing equipment,mainly from the following aspects:In view of the shortcomings of the design of production mix ratio,the stability control technology of batch asphalt mixing equipment is studied on the basis of mix proportion normalization design method of asphalt mixture.According to the method of control material stability normalized ideas,the method of sampling and demarcation of material section is adopted to calibrate the cooling material flow of batch mixing equipment.At the same time,the determination of the sample size through the parameters of cold material flow in the calibration process is studied on the basis of theory of mathematical statistics,and the optimum sample size of the measurement parameters is obtained.Due to uneven sampling and lack of representation resulting from engineering material segregation the sampling location of mixture pile should be studied.So the method of stratified random sampling is developed,which can weaken the influence of material pile segregation on ampling.In order to improve the cold feed performance of intermittent mixing equipment,the method of volume measurement is improved to the way of reducing weight measuring,and the open loop control method widely used in cold material metering system is changed to closed-loop control,then the regulation ability of the error for mixing equipment is enhanced and the accuracy and stability of the cold feed mixture are improved.In entity Engineering,the research results in this paper was applied in the debugging process of asphalt mixing planton the basis of asphalt mixture equipment proportion normalization design method.The analysis of the test data by means of the average range management chart shows that the fluctuation of the mixture gradation is smaller and the production stability of the equipment is good.
