Based on the current traffic accident situation, according to the last 6 years from 2002 to 2007 traffic accident data of HuNan This paper analyzes its traffic accident character, puts forward its rules from some aspects such as time,space and form, statistic the cause of traffic accident, explains the relationship between each factors and traffic accident, researches the Prevention of road traffic accidents advanced specific measures of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
