Traffic Accident Analysis And Prevention Strategies Form Daguan To Nanpeng Of YuXiang Highway

Expressway in China's transport system has an important position,carrying nearly 40% of the passenger traffic and 70% of the freight volume.It also directly affects social development,regiona economy and people's personal and property safety.By the end of 2018,the total mileage of China's expressway has exceeded 140,000 kilometers.The number of cars in China has reached 240 million,and nearly 50,000 people died in traffic accidents.Expressway traffic safety become a threat to human life and property public hazard,has seriously affected the normal operation of the road traffic system.For many years,China expressway accident rate and severity level is the highest in the world.In traffic accident analysis and prevention measures so there is an urgent need to study and solve the problem of the theory and practice,they are directly related to the safety and security of expressway travel.Therefore,the analysis of highway traffic accidents and the study of improvement of treatment decisions are of great practical significance to reduce the traffic accident rate,improve traffic conditions,ensure traffic safety,and improve the level of traffic safety and traffic capacity.This paper takes Daguan-Nanpeng section of Yuxiang Expressway as the research object.Daguan-Napeng section of Yuxiang Expressway is taken as an object of study in this paper.With the analysis of measured traffic volume and traffic accident data in this section,combing with the field research in this area,the survey on the spatial and morphological distribution of the traffic accident happened in the section is conducted for the angle of road.Additionally,an in depth discussion about the statistical law of traffic accidents is also conducted in the paper.On this basis,the paper studies the prevention countermeasures and improvement plans of traffic accidents on the studied road sections.In this paper,the traffic accidents of three accident-prone sections are studied in depth.This paper studies the traffic accident in three accident prone sections.And through the perspectives of sign marking,sight guidance,parking sight distance,lighting intensity,isolation facilities and anti-skid ability of pavement,we study the influencing factors of high-risk points of traffic safety,accident causes and potential problems of traffic safety.Through the research of this paper,we summarize the traffic accident-prone sections of Daguanyi-Nanpeng section of Yuxiang Expressway,including tunnel section,interworking section and downhill section of S-bend field.Through the on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the accident prone road sections above,the influencing factors of traffic accidents are obtained,among which the problems such as unclear sign setting,poor line of sight induction and insufficient skid resistance of the road surface are the most important factors causing traffic accidents.Furthermore,the prevention countermeasures of traffic accidents in tunnel section,interworking section and s-bend long downhill section are studied.According to the characteristics of traffic accidents in three cases,combining the line type characteristics of each specific section and the existing traffic facilities,the concrete and feasible governancemethods,management measures and improvement suggestions are studied.
