| Electronic power reformation is going on with a goal of establishing an electric power market, all over the world. How to generate optimal unit commitment and unit dispatch according to the load is very important to the power company or power plant.Without changing the turbine sets, optimizing of load dispatch is a cheap and efficient way to bring down the cost of electric power.In this paper, Jianbi power plant has been researched. We discussed the way how to optimize the load dispatch between four 300MW steam turbine sets. So that we can cut the cost of the electric power. According to the working situation of these four turbine sets last year, we calculated their characteristic parameter, using the calculating programe, we calculated five days'load curve, and got a better way of load dispatch. The result proves our conclusion: after using the new way of load dispatch, we can save 121.2 tons of standard coal. That means the power plant can save nearly 8956 tons of standard coal one year, that is 5373503 RMB. The cost of electric power reduced 1.136g/kWh, equals to 0.528×10-3 yuan/kWh. From the result of dynamic programming, we can come to a conclusion that it is a cheaper way and easy to achieve.The calculating and result of this paper proves: In the environment of electric power market, power companies can reduce the cost of production costs by dispatching the load of the generators. Moreover, it is technically available. |
