Natural gas has a lot of advantages,such as high calorific value,clean pollution-free,high efficient combined cycle,etc.It is one of the most popular power generation technology in the world.This article first introduced gas-steam combined cycle power generation,inclued the present situation and trend of combined cycle at home and abroad,and analyzed the combined cycle unit of using natural gas as raw materials general situation of the power industry,Because of our country's natural gas power generation technology far behind the foreign advanced technology,when the large power plant after the introduction of foreign advanced gas turbine put into operation,the lack of corresponding operating experience is a big trouble,so this paper will optimize M701F4 type "2on1” combined cycle unit.In this paper,the characteristics of gas-steam combined cycle units,shafting distribution,combined cycle unit startup and stop loading,and unloading process are briefly introduced,at the same time,a detailed analysis of the factors affecting the performance of combined cycle variable conditions,including: load,atmospheric conditions,fuel and the influence of inlet and exhaust pressure loss and so on;This paper briefly introduced the cost of gas turbine,because the fuel costs can occupy more than 80% of the total cost,according to the principle of dynamic programming method,proposed the minimum natural gas consumption as the objective function.According to the arrangement in the form of units,the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of "1 on 1" combined cycle unit and "2 on 1 " combined cycle unit,With tianjin Chentang thermoelectricity co.,LTD."2 on 1" arrangement of gas-steam combined cycle generating unit as the research object,the "2 on 1" characteristics of combined cycle generating units is analyzed,according to the dynamic programming method to optimize the unit load configuration of different units,discussed "2 on 1" gas-steam combined cycle units optimal configuration in the summer period and heating period under different working conditions,different load,on the premise of the unit to the safe and stable operation and optimal economy as the goal,make each unit using the minimum natural gas under different load,this paper is to research for the optimal load sharing,hope to provide certain reference on gas power plant under the electricity market operation.
