Currently, the automatic control system of the concrete mixing station in domestic and foreign is generally formed by industry controller, operation table and switchboard. Although the system can meet the technology requirement of the mixing station control system, it has such the shortcomings as large size, high costs, low reliability and instability in communications. As far as shortcomings and the background on the rapid development of PLC control technology are concerned, an economical and reliable auto-control system scheme in concrete mixing station with PLC plus touch screen and display instrument is proposed in this paper. According to the requirement, the software and hardware structure of systems are fully analysed and designed.At first, the background and significance of topic selected are presented in this paper and the present development of a concrete mixing station control system is discussed. The problem needed to be solved and the main work needed to be completed are proposed in the paper. Then the control process and technology requirements of the mixing station, the various control scheme in concrete mixing station and the overall design of the mixing station programme are presented by analysis.The second, this paper makes an analysis on the features of the control system, combining with control requirements of mixing station, the hardware schematics of the control system has been designed, a more detailed introduction on the interface circuit is given and the design principle and expansion ability are introduced briefly.At last, a comprehensive presentation on a friendly interactive interface design is given in this paper, an effective control on the ratio of concrete materials, mixing parameters, batch production and so on have been taken. During taking ingredients, the simulation graphics shows that blending data of different materials, the actual ingredients and the net value of the scales can be seen on the same screen. Simulation experiments show that the control is correct and effective, the real-time moving pictures simulation can reflect the working process of concrete mixing station accurately, the production data generated can be displayed correctly on the interface.
