The requirements of construction process standard are increasingly rigid with the national key projects of special railway line and some municipal infrastructure constructions implemented gradually. High performances for all kinds of constructive equipments are required correspondingly. With the increasing development of the technique of computer, network and fieldbus, the automation upgrades for constructive equipments are under agenda.In this paper, one new automation control system with one console two concrete mixing stations on the basis of fieldbus and PLC is presented, in terms of the facts that the current applied concrete mixing stations with single chip core control system in Sino Rail Burea 11 have the occurrence of high malfunction rate, the complicated operation interface and procedure, the lack of friendly human interface, and the insufficient auxiliary managing functions. The Multiple level computer control system is formed, where the bottom I/O subsystem performs the functions of data acquisitions and mechanism controls. In the bottom I/O subsystem, the improved PID and aggregate door switch control optimization algorithms greatly improved the accuracy of aggregate configuration system and the automation level for production process, and the concrete quality is also enhanced. The upper monitoring subsystem, on the basis of database, effectively support the enterprise production integration management through sharing those required information. Kingview, one advanced configuration software, is applied to form the visualized human interface of concrete mixing station control. Therefore, the production processes of concrete mixing stations are integrated effectively.The practice proved that the proposed control system of the concrete mixing station in this paper could solve the field production issues efficiently and would have the significance for the upgrade of concrete mixing station control system.
