With the continuous development of China's national economy,the pace of urbanization process to speed up the construction of major cities have commercial concrete mixing station.But due to the extensive design and management of the early,the emission standards and other environmental problems of the production site of concrete mixing station are serious;on the other hand,haze weather in China is becoming more serious,major cities began to strengthen governance of the atmospheric pollution.Recent years,in this context,many concrete mixing station was required to suspend production for rectification,relocation,removal of urban areas,and many urban industrial park also began to prohibit concrete mixing station enterprises stationed.Therefore,to overcome the concrete mixing station dust,sewage,waste residue,noise and other key technical problems,has a very important engineering practical value.This paper according to the concrete mixing station in dust removal technology bottleneck.On the basis of studying the structure of the dust removal system of concrete mixing station,by using the computational fluid mechanics knowledge,based on the FLUENT software to simulate the dust movement rule and the distribution of internal flow field in bag filter,and an improved scheme of dust removal system for concrete mixing station is put forward.The main contributions are as follows:Firstly,concrete mixing dust moving station is composed of dust particles and gases typical of gas solid two-phase flow,this paper from the gas solid two-phase flow and computational fluid dynamics control equation of,in the Eulerian coordinate application of Navier-Stokes equation gas dynamic equations are established,under the Lagrange coordinate system using Newton's second law to establish the equations of motion of single dust particle,and discusses the methods for solving the equations of motion.Furthermore,using Fluent software to simulate the dust movement law,obtained the trajectory and velocity vector diagram of dust particles in the air flow;At the same time,in view of the bag filter resistance big problems such as poor,effect,internal flow field using Fluent software to simulate software policy bag filter and soot cleaning spray torch nozzle airflow distribution,obtained the flow field distribution within the bag filter and nozzle airflow distribution rule.Finally,according to the working characteristics of concrete mixing station and simulation results,improved the inlet structure of bag filter,spray torch nozzle structure,and in view of the concrete mixing station power house is easy to design a set of exit of blowing up problems with dust removal device of dust removal system.
