In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s construction industry,the demand for concrete is also greatly enhanced. As users are increasingly demandinghigh-quality concrete, every manufacturer has to face the problem how to producehigh-quality concrete. For the shortcomings of traditional concrete mixing station withlow reliability and batching accuracy, the article proposes an “IPC+PLC” controlsystem solution. The typical upper and lower control system structure model canseparately deal with real-time and non-real-time tasks very well, which improves therunning speed, stability and the real-time of control system.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the selected title,and comprehensively discusses the development of concrete mixing station, theproduction process and the control system solutions to determine the control schemeused in the system. Secondly, it introduces the analysis and selection of concretemixing station’s hardware system, and according to the production process of concretemixing station to write the ladder diagram. Then, for the problem that the weight of theaggregate gap is a random variation and can not be built with an accurate model inblending process, the PC control arithmetic uses fuzzy PID to control the opening ofdoors, thus can reduce the gap weight in the batching process to improve the accuracyof dosing. Finally, the PC monitor uses the Siemens WinCC configuration software tomonitor desired configuration screens, and via OPC server software to connect lowermachine PLC, successfully implements the dynamic monitoring, fault alarm, recipemanagement and other functions in the concrete mixing station production process.Because PC’s excellent man-machine interface achieves the remote operation ofconcrete production process, the operator can handle real-time on-site problems, whichcan provide a guarantee to the quality of the concrete and improve the productivity ofconcrete.The designed intelligent control system of concrete mixing station in this article has the advantages of lower machine PLC accuracy control and real-time dynamicllydisplaying the entire production process in PC monitor screen. So it will not onlyensure the reliability of production, but also improve the accuracy of batching. Thesystem possesses a certain application value.
