| The requirements of construction process standard are increasingly rigid with the national key projects of special railway line and some municipal infrastructure constructions implemented gradually. Demands of concrete are increased greatly and high performances for automation control system of concrete mixing station are required correspondingly. However, there is a great gap in stability and proportioning precision between the research on concrete batching control system in our country and that in advanced countries, so a high precision and intelligence mixing control system is developed eagerly.In this paper, one brand-new generational and intelligence control system of mixing stations on the basis of ANN and GA compensating system proportioning error is presented, in terms of the facts that the current applied concrete mixing stations with single chip core control system have the occurrence of big proportioning error, low measurement precision, high malfunction rate and he lack of friendly human interface. At first, it gives a comprehensive introduction about the development and producing flow of concrete-mixing-station, the home and overseas status qua of its automation control system. While the mathematics model is established during the production process of concrete and the reasons why proportioning error is produced are analyzed. Then improved ANN is applied to compensate proportioning error on the basis of GA. At last the multiple level computer control system on the basis of PLC is formed. The upper monitoring subsystem, on the basis of database, share those required information. Kingview, one advanced configuration software, is applied to form the visualized human interface of concrete mixing station control. Therefore, the production processes of concrete mixing stations are integrated effectively.The practice proved that the proposed intelligent control system of the concrete mixing station in the paper could improve proportioning precision, meet the batching demand of high precision, high speed and high intelligence, solve the field production issues efficiently and would have the significance for the upgrade of concrete mixing station control system. |
