The Study Of The On-line Detection For The Braking Performance Of Motorcycle Disk Brake

Braking performance is one of important factors assessing the performance of the motorcycle, and has sufficient affection on the safety of motorcycle. Modern hydraulic disk brake system is used on modern motorcycles generally. Its reliability is a vital factor which assures the motorcycle could operates safely. Aiming for guarantying the products performance, all hydraulic disk brake assembles must receive on-line tests.This paper is based on the project from Zhejiang Ruitai Power Company. Referring the QC/T 655-2005《specification of brakes for motorcycle and mopeds》,this paper researches into the theoretic of the hydraulic disk brake assemble and the test-bed of hydraulic disk brake assemble and develops a suit of equipments used for testing the hydraulic disk brake assemble on-line.The work of this paper demonstrates in the following sections.Deeply learn about the classification, structure and theory of hydraulic disk brake assemble, design a test bed capable of testing the products on-line based on the previous work. The test bed is based on testing holder force, assembly jig force, light up distance. In the precondition of meeting the need of measurement, consideration the reliably, safety and building in and maintenance of each sensor are also needed. And the demand of the operator is need in the process of designing the test bed, for which have to work on the produce lines.The circuit of the test bed, which include the selecting sensors, the designing system circuit of changing signature, of controller systems, of driving system, of automatism displacement, all need to have high previous and reliable.The software C is a tool in the keil c51 for designing the software of the testing bed, which is used to improve the respond speed, to simple the procedure and to reduce hardware spend. Using the c is so convenient that the system can gain the data fast and easy meet the demand. At the same time, the procedure is used in the laboratory and get some related information and experience, form that, the procedure can be feasibility.The cooperation of the technique of machine and electronic and computer testing whose research and exploitation have a certain theory meaning and practically valuable can not only improve the testing lever, but also provide a new method to research the new produce.
