Design Of Hydraulic Brake Hose Flex Fatigue Testing Machine

Hydraulic brake hose flex fatigue testing machine is designed according to national standard in this paper, testing machine’s Mechanical system, hydraulic system and control system are mainly studied, automatic testing function of the brake hose flex fatigue life is realized. Among them, the testing machine’s drive mechanism, positioning mechanism, clamping mechanism are mainly designed in the mechanical system; The testing machine’s hydraulic power mechanism, servo control valve, hydraulic auxiliary equipment are mainly designed in the hydraulic system; S7-300PLC CPU314C-2PtP is used as the core controller of the system, Siemens touch screen is selected as operator unit. The overall design of the testing machine is completed.Based on analysis of working principle of testing machine and overall technical requirements, first of all, overall structure map of the testing machine is established using three-dimensional software Solidworks; Secondly, Model analysis is processed on the main components through mechanical analysis software Ansys, and the stability of the testing machine is ensured; Again, Motion simulation model of the testing machine is established using the simulation software Matlab to ensure precision of the testing machine test system. And finally Wincc is used to acquire the dynamic data of testing machine.Hydraulic brake hose flex fatigue testing machine using brake hose fixed load rotate mode to realize brake hose loading test. This paper introduces the loading mechanism design and the arrangement of the loading mechanism parts, designs linear positioning mechanism, real-time dynamic bending moment and loading mechanism offset by detection and sensor calibration. Through the finite element modal analysis and Matlab simulation results show that the testing machine to meet the design requirements.
