| ABS(anti-locked Braking System)is an additional device of traditional Braking System.It not only has the Braking function of ordinary Braking System,but also can prevent sideslip and running deviation caused by wheel locking during Braking,ensuring the stability of Braking direction.Now it has become the standard configuration of general cars.Hydraulic ABS is mainly composed of three parts: ECU,Electronic Control Unit,HCU,Hydraulic Control Unit and wheel speed sensor.As the actuator of ABS,HCU plays a crucial role in the pressure regulation of braking system.Subject according to the present quill for HCU assembly performance test using the brake fluid testing samples are produced by subsequent cleaning,corrosion and other issues,instead use nitrogen,on the premise of do the same test,solve the problem of the brake fluid produced,developed a set of high accuracy,the detection system of the test project is complete,automate the testing process,meet the accuracy requirement stipulated in the industry standard and the enterprise needs.The specific contents of this research are as follows:(1)The composition and working principle of ABS system and HCU structure are analyzed,suggestions for improvement of HCU structure are put forward and optimized structural design.(2)According to the parameters specified in the automobile industry standard QC/T 1005-2015 "technical requirements and bench test methods for hydraulic solenoid valve regulator of automobile explosion-proof braking system" and the requirements of enterprise test items,the establishment of test methods and test system schemes shall be carried out,and the requirements of test items,procedures and system technical indicators shall be determined.(3)According to the technical scheme and requirements,the functions and definitions of hardware and software are determined.The hardware is composed of advantech acquisition board card,high-precision sensor,ATEQ leakage detector,high-pressure solenoid valve,etc.The software includes functions of data acquisition,data processing,data query,etc.(4)Several HCU assemblies were selected to study the control of high speed on/off valve,the products were tested on the test bench according to the automobile industry standards,and the repeatability index was not less than 1.33 according to the evaluation guidelines. |
