The Research & Manufacture Of Test-bench For Hydraulic Disc Brake

The brake system is an important part and safety device of vehicle.As the needs of speed-down and parking ,the brake makes sure that could be parked safely without sliding under outside force until driver need.Its better quality and excellence capability are the important safeguard in traveling.This paper is a cooperation with Railing group co.,ltd of Zhejiang province. The principle of the hydraulic disc brake and test-bench is studied in this paper. The test equipment will be manufactured. Test bench is constituted by workpiece fixture and computer which has controlling hardware system.Referring design experiences of my teacher, I design most fixtures of brake test bench ,which have simple structure, good quality and could be easy handled .There are leakage test equipment, residual torque test equipment, hydraulic deflection of housing test equipment and some assistants equipments.The computer controlling system is a key of test bench. which are composed of computer, A/D board, I/O extend circuit , control circuit of relay, relay, electromagnetic valve ,sensors and signature transformation circuit. I choose the high precise sensors and design transformation circuit suited for them; especially I work out the transforming regulating, filtrating and frequency-voltage circuits of rotate speed sensor. Data collection board which is developed by my teacher and photoelectric coupling set are used for test bench. The integration of controlling circuits and software could do all tasks of test, such as data collecting ,calculating, transforming and send control signal to executor.The software part is developed by means of Visual C++ 6.0, and is mainly composed of five modules: system setting module, hardware controlling module, data displaying module, data processing module and help module. Each module has its own function and is independent of others. This system has the characteristics of user-friendly interface, reliable operation and facilitated maintenance. That is to say, it has reached the demand basically.
