With the raising of “Made in China 2025” and “Internet +” strategy,motorcycle spare parts manufacturing industry is also preparing to turn to intelligent manufacturing in order to enhance the competiveness of enterprises,so the remote monitoring of product detection equipment will be the basis for the realization of the transformation.At present,there are some problems in these existing remote monitoring systems,such as low level of networking,the limitation of user login model and the complication of user operation and so on.In order to solve these problems,a remote monitoring system for product testing line of hydraulic disc brake is developed,based on the project of “on-line detection of brake performance” in cooperation with an enterprise.Firstly,the layout and each testing items of the product testing line are analyzed.According to the requirements of the enterprise,the development's requirements and structure of the remote monitoring system are clearly defined.The communication scheme of among the production testing line,the workshop monitoring server and the remote monitoring platform are determined.The working architecture of the monitoring platform is chosen and the overall design scheme of remote monitoring system is proposed.Secondly,the development of the workshop monitoring includes the following aspects of work: the format and characteristics of transmission data collected by each testing bench are analyzed and confirm the mode of data transmission;the serial communication software is developed;the hardware of wireless data transmission terminal is determined and the terminal main control program and GPRS network connection program are written and the cache queue of data pack is developed in this thesis.Then,the development of the remote monitoring platform includes the following aspects of work: MySQL is selected to be the platform database and the relevant data tables are designed according to different storage information;the data processed by the TCP Server communication module is analyzed and the development of the TCP Server communication software is completed;the tools and framework for website development are briefly described and the development and testing of the monitoring website modules are completed.Finally,the testing environment is set up in the workshop product testing line and the related experimental verification is completed.Testing data of hydraulic disc brake from the database of remote monitoring platform is selected and analyzed,compared with the standard evaluation index to complete evaluation of various performance parameters of hydraulic disc brake.In this thesis,a remote monitoring system is developed based on the product testing line of hydraulic disc brake.The remote monitoring of hydraulic disc brake test bench is realized by this system.This system has certain reference value for developing a remote monitoring system for workshop detection equipment.
