As a kind of cardboard built-up section, corrugated board cushion is made by slotting, indentation, folding, inserting and so on. This paper cushion has many hollow and bulge members to match the structure of product. It is one kind of ideal environmental protection packing material, because it can fix the position of product, having good cushion performance, also it is very light, cheap, easy to recycle.Corrugated board cushion has many kinds of style, and generally its structure is quite complex. If we analyze its mechanics performance, we should simplify its structure and retain the main. As the theory and experiment proves, although corrugated board cushion is a kind of three-dimensional structure, its main load-bearing member and strength transmission route is plane. So we can decompose it into plane structure to analyze its mechanics performance.Now domestic and foreign paper about the mechanics performance of corrugated cardboard is a lot. The overseas literature mostly uses sandwich plate theory to research the buckling behavior of corrugated board, and the domestic literature basically study its cushion performance by experiments. But the research about corrugated board cushion is usually concentrating in the very simple style, so its project application significance is limited. So studying the cushion performance and structural design, analyzing the influence of each main design parameter to the cushion performance of corrugated board cushion will have great theory significance and practical value.Base the studies of predecessor, this article will study the bending question of corrugated board utilizing the sandwich plate theory, and established the equilibrium equation. Also this paper will introduce the solution method of buckling critical load under the different boundary condition. In view of corrugated board cushion, the article will use the method of computer simulation analysis to solve its flexure critical load for the first time. By the meaningful tentative data, the paper will study the influence of each main design parameter to the cushion performance of corrugated board cushion. Finally this article will apply the above theory achievement in project actual problem, and confirms it's rational by experiment. The research principle and the method of this paper is so new and creative that can reduce the experiment work and can adapt the request and trend of development of green packing. So the article will have great theory significance and practical value.
