In recent years,the prefabricated buildings have been greatly promoted by the state due to its advantages of green environmental protection,high construction efficiency,low energy consumption,and low labor demand,and steel structure module buildings are the ultimate products of fabricated buildings.It is also the rise of development.However,the current research on steel module structure mainly focuses on the mechanical properties and simplification of the joints between the modular units.There are few studies on how consider the stiffness contribution of corrugated plates and adopt reasonable modeling and analysis methods.Therefore,it is necessary to study the contribution of the corrugated plate stiffness of the modular unit,and propose an equivalent simplified model that satisfies the analytical accuracy requirements and facilitates the structural design.In this paper,the force and deformation composition of the single-walled corrugated board wall are analyzed firstly.Based on the energy theory,the lateral stiffness of corrugated single-wall under the average cloth load is derived,and then calculation formula is calculated by finite element simulation.The accuracy was verified.Based on the above formula,a simplified model of equivalent spring of corrugated plate is proposed.The correctness of the modeling method of corrugated plate before and after equivalent and the rationality of the simplified model are verified comparison with the experimental values related literatures.The model lays the foundation for parametric analysis.Then,the parasitic analysis of the refraction model of the corrugated single-wall wall and the equivalent model is carried out.When the span is significantly increased,the loading end of the ceiling beam of the module house will have a significant local deformation effect,so that the lateral stiffness of the corrugated board cannot be fully exerted.Compared with the corrugated plate refinement model and the equivalent model,the stress distribution is basically the same and the initial anti-side stiffness error is small,thus obtaining the applicability of the equivalent spring simplification method for different spans.In the same way,the parametric analysis is carried out by taking the corrugated plate thickness,peak height and wavelength as variables,and verifying that the equivalent simplified spring model has reasonableness and strong applicability.Finally,the Midas software is used to calculate and analyze the overall model without considering the corrugated plate stiffness contribution and equivalent of the corrugated plate.The overall response of two models under the same load is compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the frame is main anti-side member when the corrugated plate stiffness is not considered,which is the weak part of the overall structure.After considering contribution of corrugated plate stiffness by the equivalent simplified model,the cycle,displacement and internal force of the overall model are decreasing,this shows that the corrugated plate stiffness plays an obvious role in the structural response of over all model.In actual engineering,the contribution of the corrugated plate to the stiffness can not be neglected.The engineering structure design can be calculated by using the corrugated plate equivalent spring simplified model. |
