With the improving of the people material life level,The heating radiator requirements from only pay attention to practicality to beautiful,comfortable,light,and energy saving.A corrugated board skirting line radiator arises at the historic moment,because of people's needs.The radiator installs at the skirting line position that runs full circle around the room,It is the heating radiator and skirting line used for decorative,both perfectly blend together.In this paper,the structure of the corrugated board skirting line radiator is analyzed,and the theoretical analysis of the radiator shows that the corrugated design can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency.The main research content of this paper is as follows:In order to improve the thermal performance of corrugated board skirting line radiator,this paper optimizes it from three aspects: paste anti-radiation film,corrugated spacing and radiator height.1.To paste the aluminum foil anti-radiation film or not experiment,the results show that under the same working condition,no aluminum foil anti-radiation film than when corrugated board skirting line radiator with aluminum foil anti-radiation film has a higher heat release,but paste the anti-radiation film can effectively reduce the radiation heat loss between the radiator and the wall.2.Establish the geometric model of the corrugated board skirting line radiator and mesh generation by ICEM CFD software.ANSYS FLUENT software is used to calculate the numerical simulation by defining the appropriate computing model and boundary conditions.The experimental results compared with the simulation results verify the reliability of numerical calculation.Different structural parameters of the corrugated board skirting line radiator model for numerical simulation.The results show that,with the decrease of corrugated spacing and the increase of height of the radiator,heat release of the corrugated board skirting board radiator increased;When the corrugated spacing is 50 mm,the metal thermal intensity of radiator is the highest,the thermal performance of radiator is optimal;when the height of the radiator is 90 mm,the metal thermal intensity of radiator is the highest,the thermal performance of radiator is optimal.3.On the basis of the simulation,analysis the efficiency and applicability of using skirting line radiator heating,the results show that in terms of economy,the initial investment of corrugated board skirting line radiator is similar to that of floor heating;In terms of applicability,the heating can basically meet the heat load of the room.Due to the ordinary radiators,floor radiant heating and corrugated board skirting line radiator's heating theory and heat transfer way are not identical,the thermal environment in the room also exists difference.So this article use Airpak3.0 software,a room in typical office building of Taiyuan city as the research object,the model of the room using three kinds of heating means are established,and conduct a numerical simulation of the thermal environment of the room.The temperature distribution,velocity distribution and PMV-PPD index that the room using three heating means are analysed comparatively.Results show that,in the aspects of the room comfort,the temperature field and velocity field distribution of the heating room adopting the skirting line radiator and radiant floor heating more uniform than radiator,better thermal comfort,however,the air temperature in the exterior wall of the room is low,which affects the comfort.
