Study On Post Evaluation Of Thermal Power Station Technical Revolution Project

Project post evaluation is an important tache in project lifecycle; it has the vital significance to raise the project level of decision and the investment benefit. Meanwhile, to the enterprise, Post evaluation can improve project management, enhance the project achievements, and greet the market competition of the challenge. The electric power is the national economy development foundation profession, is closely linked with the social economy development and the lives of the people, but we can't have a set of mature appraisals systems of project post evaluation.Relied on the project"Project Post Evaluation of GH Electric Power"of Bei Jing ZK Management Institution, this thesis analyzes the national and the domestic post evaluation at present, expatiates the knowledge of post project evaluation of thermal power station, probe how to constitute the indicator system and how to distribute indicators, I'll quote a case of technical revolution project to analysis the post evaluation.The indicator of post evaluation is a meter which reflects the project effect quality, also is appraises the quality of project. Based on the characteristics and purposes of technical revolution project, the author designed seventeen indicators: the indicator of project aims,management course,technique and persisting. The author adopts Delphi and AHP to ascertain gauge of indicators, not only gives theoretics, but also provides reference for other projects.This article through after the indicator of which was established, uses the project to evaluate, and also provide the sample for the enterprise.
