| Controlling the project cost is an important part of technical revolution during the course of project construction.There are many problems about project cost management because of the huge value of construction and installation of its products.The issues of the project investment occurred in the implementation are followings: preliminary estimate exceeds imputed cost;budget exceeds preliminary estimate;final accounts exceeds budget.Project cost management and investment control integrate the policy,technology and economic effects.Only are they managed scientifically,the project cost will be controlled effectively.Project cost management department of Yangzhou Petrochemical Plant has been searching for many years in the process of investment control and the checking of project cost.We also have summarized the former issues occurred in the technical revolution of project implementation,we have concluded and made some relevant security systems and measures,which is useful for investment to some extent.This paper first aims to find out the influential factors and solutions about project cost by analyzing the problems occurred in the technical revolution of project implementation.And then it explores the management approach about controlling the project cost of construction and installation during the whole process of construction through the study of it.Taking the MCP Project as an example,the paper analyzes the scheme about how to improve the controlling of this project cost and carry out the whole cost management of the project by controlling the cost of the whole process.The paper also talks about the final goal,which is to control the different influential factors affecting the cost of all stages in the implementation in order to get the project cost of technical revolution in the control of a reasonable range. |
