The appearance of product configuration design has the background of the coming of information society and the deep development of technology revolution. Today, with the high productivity promoted by technology, the ability of fulfilling needs of members of human society by itself has been increased a lot. From workshop, to large-scale production, to customized production, there would be large quantities of new theories, new methods, new machines and new tools to implement, accommodate and push the leap of productivity in every upgrade of production mode. Product configuration design system is one of the very tools of that kind.The theory, model and application of product configuration design system in networked manufacturing environment supported by "China Switzerland machining cooperation network - Decochina.net"~* are studied in this dissertation . With constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) theory, the product structure configuration can be described, modeled and customer configuration design activities can also be carried out. Based on the summarization of product configuration design theory and constraint satisfaction theory, we put forward the structure of system, and the interactive constraint satisfaction design system which is an improvement of classical CSP solution. And a mechanical watch example is validated by the prototype system. The main content of dissertation is:1. In view of product design feature, the mode, workflow and environment of product configuration design technology are studied. The research background and status in and abroad are analyzed and the research meaning and main idea of the dissertation are also introduced. Then we come into the basic theory of CSP to discuss the structure and working mechanism of product configuration design system. With the networked manufacturing background, the feature, structure and workflow are analyzed in detail. 2. The fulfilling method and technology of each module are analyzed. First, study the CSP modeling theory and set up the foundation of general BOM structure. Then we study the CSP solving method deeply and compare kinds of algorithm. And also try to use two ways: reordering of variables and values, transmitting information by constraints to improve the solving efficiency and speed. We put forward the interactive product configuration design method in networked manufacturing environment and the detail algorithm, while we also use a new technology-VRML to carry out parts visualization and the model operation on Web browser in B/S framework. Finally, we construct a module of configuration registration to manage the configuration result comparison and the output of BOM after every product configuration design process.3.The prototype system is created with product configuration design system technology. The B/S framework system uses ASP.NET+AJAX+SQLSERVER2000 technology. And an example of mechanical watch which is common in machining cooperation between China and Switzerland is validated with in the prototype system to introduce the configuration workflow and configuration fulfilling mechanism in detail. And the result proved that the system can achieve the effect of meeting the two ends of customer needs and product configuration rapidly, precisely. |
