Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous pursuit of people’s quality of life,the consumer demand for personalized and customized products from customers continues to increase.In order to meet the needs of more customers,companies are constantly pushing out new products and using mass customization production methods.As the core technology of mass customization,product configuration is an enabling means to achieve rapid product customization.The automotive industry is a pillar industry of the national economy,with huge production and sales volumes.Automotive products are characterized by complex product design process and high degree of personalization of customer needs.Therefore,mass customization poses great challenges to product configuration management for automotive enterprises.Based on the theory of GBOM(General Bill of Material)and BDD(Binary Decision Diagrams),this thesis studies and improves the modeling methods and solving algorithms for product configuration,and designs and implements an automotive product configuration system based on this,in order to quickly respond to customer configurations and improve enterprise competitiveness.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis proposes a product configuration solution based on GBOM.The solution divides the solution of product configuration problems into two relatively independent steps: one is the modeling process of modular product families based on GBOM,and the other is the solution strategy of using BDD based product configuration problems after mapping to constraint satisfaction problems.Taking automotive products as an example,the modeling process of product configuration for automotive products and an example of solving product configuration based on BDD are given.(2)This thesis improves the compilation and construction algorithm of BDD.During the target BDD compilation process for product configuration issues,merging the BDDs corresponding to each constraint is a highly complex process.This thesis proposes improved algorithms based on the idea of blocking and binary tree,which are named CB(Construction by Blocks)algorithm and CBT(Construction by Binary Tree)algorithm,respectively.An appropriate dataset is selected for experimental analysis to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm improvement.(3)This thesis designs and implements an automobile product configuration system.The system uses a B/S architecture,and its overall design is based on the product configuration solution proposed in this thesis.The functional modules are reasonably divided to achieve module management for automotive products,the establishment of automotive product families and their constraint rules,and personalized configuration and solution for customers.At the same time,a functional test of the system was conducted,and the test results were good.This thesis has studied and improved the theory and technology of automotive product configuration,and based on this,designed and implemented an automotive product configuration system,completing theoretical innovation and application optimization.This has certain reference significance for the research work related to product configuration in the automotive industry and other manufacturing industries.
