Human-computer interaction in the era of artificial intelligence is developing towards a natural user interface that has the ability to perceive situations and emotions,and is more in line with the user’s mind,which presents new challenges and opportunities for interaction design.At the same time,in the context of artificial intelligence empowerment and the construction of smart museums,the museum’s cultural and creative practice also reflects the trend of “interactive”,especially the series of interactive installations of the Cleveland Museum in the United States that use emotion recognition technology to bring novelty to users.And a meaningful experience.To this end,the subject combines emotional interaction technology with interactive cultural creation,and responds to the lack of creativity in creative design and other issues.In addition,the current research on emotional interaction is mostly concentrated in the field of computer science,and the design discipline has not yet paid enough attention.This topic focuses on the impact of emotional interaction technology on interactive experience from the perspective of design research,and initially explores the theories and methods of emotional interaction design.The research first explored the basic concepts of museum cultural creation,combined with existing problems and trends,and clarified the connotation of interactive cultural creation.At the same time,it analyzes the concept,implementation principle,and design characteristics of emotional interaction based on emotional computing;analyzes the impact and specific performance of artificial intelligence and related technical elements in the interactive experience to provide theoretical support for subsequent research.Subsequently,referring to the interactive narrative theory,the design of interactive cultural creation is divided into three levels of "meaning-process-realization",and based on this analysis of domestic and foreign cases,the main points of design at each level are drawn.Taking historical museums as an example,we use questionnaires and interviews to obtain the audience’s cognition,attitudes and needs for emotional interactive cultural creation,and analyze factors such as cultural creation forms,interactive methods,carriers,and scenes suitable for emotional interaction through experiments.Due to the frontier nature of emotional interaction,a theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of its involvement in cultural creation is carried out from the perspectives of process and stage,input and output,feedforward and feedback,and the user’s mind.Then the conclusion of the empirical research is transformed into a design method under the four aspects of "user,behavior,media,and scene".Finally,a design dimension model including "functional performance,experience optimization,form shaping,technical collaboration" is constructed,and the design elements of each dimension are summarized,and then the design strategy of emotional interactive cultural creation is proposed.In the research,the analysis of the influencing factors of emotional interaction intervention in cultural creation is universal.It is an extension of the field and paradigm of interaction design,and can be used as an attempt of "emotional interaction design research".The empirical research and the summarized design design method have reference value for the museum’s interactive cultural creation development.The concept of emotional interactive cultural creation and its design strategy provide a new idea for the museum’s cultural creation and play a guiding role in the design practice. |
