Electromagnetic pulse radiation generated by Electrostatic discharge (ESD) would damage,interfere even destroy the normal work of the electronic system. In order to study the mechanism about anti-electromagnetic interference and damage of ESD between the electronic devices, and circuits, Then to find out the practical and effective protection measures about electromagnetic,This paper introduces the characteristics of electrostatic discharge electromagnetic pulse, based on that the initial charge accumulation effects on the electromagnetic radiation of ESD has been analyzed,then Presents a Electromagnetic radiation effects model which consideration the surface conditions about shield.At last,using FDTD method, we calculated, simulated and analysised the characteristics of the radiation field which ESD current injected in the thin wire.The conclution Provided some reference value for further studying of the ESD in all cases of electromagnetic effects and finding cost-effective protective measures.
