The Disquisition For Regional Characteristic Of Villadom IN The South Instances Of China

In the field of architecture, though"international style"is the major culture of the world now, we joyfully find that there is also a lot of rich and colorful local culture, and they play the part of resisting"globalization". Although this strength is not strong, it may be the unique strength that can withstand the globally assimilation. In this paper, the resisting strength is called"the regional architecture".The regional architecture is one kind of the modern architectural style; it is also under developing and improving constantly. The purpose of this work is to make the regional architecture developing and becoming more maturation, not to get a final normal form or conclusion.This paper is based on the type of current inhabiting architectures in our country ----the"villadom"and the south instances, analyses the traditional inhabitants'inhabiting habits and their space arrangement models, and summarizes the domestic and international creation theories and practices in this field. Then with a view to our present reality, this paper puts forward a new design conception that combined the"ancient"and"modern"characteristics, and uses modern design tactics to deduce and redesign the traditional region domicile style.With regard to research approaches, the macroscopically arrangements and microcosmic compositions are both researched and compared, this paper based on the traditional constructions of the South, combines research theories, tactics and instances in this field abroad, and introduces the common habitation arrangements, courtyard layout, plastic arts, construction details and the interior decorations and so on, and then searches the design manner which can reflect the tradition and regionally characteristics of the South villadom in our country.Through the study on construction arrangement and design quintessence of the traditional local-style domiciles in the South, This paper pins hope on leading the tradition into innovation, making the regionally characteristic integrated with science, and finding out the influence of the traditional mentality on modern architecture design, then creating the inhabitancy construction style with outstanding regionally characteristic and local traditional culture, letting Chinese architecture design growing up all over the world.
