Research On Traffic Safety Evaluation System On High-grade Highway

With the number of automobile and road length increasing, thing of traffic safety of the high-grade highway is very grimness. High-grade highway is of great impotance in the economy transportation system. The ensurement of traffic safety is very vital to high-grade highway. Evaluation for traffic safety is the important part of safety improvement. In recent years, some studies have been developed in many countries. But as evaluation system, it still doesn't begin in China.The paper maninly combines traffic accident data on the high-grade highway in Heilongjiang province and other areas. On the base of the author's study, combine the worldwide studies of traffic safety evaluation, the paper studies the problems of traffic safety evaluation system on high-grade highway, which will become the basement of the related study in our country. The dissertation develops a series of works according to traffic safety evaluation, which contents as followed:1.The introduction analyses the trend of traffic accident and grim position of high-grade highway. In this background, it gives the research significance and combining accident datas. At last it gives the framework and reaearch content of this paper.2.The accident distributing characteristics of the high-grade highway is the basic part of this paper. Based on the analysising of the accident datas, it put out that the distributing characteristics of the time, including month, week, hour and different grade highways and the condition of the weather. It confirms the driver factor is the major cause of the accident. The model of the cause of the traffic accident based on the driver factor is put forward.3.The method on traffic safety evaluation on high-grade highway based accident is the important part of this paper. By applying the representative methods into accident datas, including AHP, PCA, fuzzy evaluation method, gray evaluation method, compares the applicability and advantage.At last it gives the conformable evaluation method based on accident on the high-grade highway.4.The traffic safety evaluation system on high-grade highway is the key part of this paper. On the basis of the evaluation method on accident and combineing the build phase of the highway and evaluation object area, it put forward that traffic safety evaluation system on high-grade highway based on accident and highway. Designs the technique step. It gives the addment and improvement to the part safety influence factor.5.The effect evaluation of improvement is the important part of this paper. It gives the conception of the effect evaluation of improvement, then confirms the principia of different facets. Finally it put forward that three methods on effect evaluation of improvement, including speed, rhythm of the heart of the driver and driving feeling. It points out that the three methods are more applied when the highway is of a few accident datas.
