Safety Evaluation On The Road Conditions

As the economy grows rapidly with our reform and openness, great progress has beenmade in communications. In the past ten years, the number of vehicles has doubled andredoubled. The highway traffic mileage has been continuously extending, but it still far fromenough. Traffic jams, accidents, together with the worsening situation of road safety causeheavy casualties and property losses. The problem of road safety has become a bottleneck in thedevelopment of the communications industry. Road safety evaluation plays a very importantpart in the study of road safety, as it analyzes the status of road safety according to the presentoperation and the past statistics, evaluates safety levels, so as to find the low-safety-level roadsand take some safe measures correspondingly. It is of great significance in improving the roadsafety, and reducing trafFic accidents, therefore, valued by every country in the world.Through analysis of road safety situation, identify the factors that affect traffic safety on the road. From the road surface, profile, cross section, and other factors start, and through the analysis of factors affecting road safety, road safety factors to affect the decomposition of a number of indicators, a number of indicators established under the second evaluation index system.The paper has summarized the evaluation of traffic safety profile of the main factors affecting road safety and road safety of various factors and the link between the described method to identify accident black spots and make the applicability of proposed including road surface, profile, cross section, road and other factors were the five factors based on road traffic safety evaluation indicators, based on the AHP to determine weights of fuzzy evaluation model, with examples of the results of the thesis was validated.
