Road traffic accidents posed a huge threat on people's lives and property, there is a growing emphasis on road safety. Particularly low-grade roads in the mountains, the poor terrain conditions may directly lead to traffic accidents, and in case of accidents, their severity was very high, therefore, low-level scenic mountain road safety solution to the problem is imminent.This article relies on Wulingyuan scenic Zhangjiajie Ring Road (Southern Section) of the safety evaluation of projects, explore the mountainous areas of low-grade road safety evaluation method. Refer to the "Safety Evaluation of Highway Project Guide" in the evaluation method, combined with low-grade mountain road characteristics, speed of evaluation methods used to conduct investigation and classification of security risks; the use of cumulative frequency method of security for troubleshooting, bad roads black spot identification, according to the cumulative frequency curve plotted according to the standard accident blackspots, accident black spots identified section, and its analysis and rectification, the final effect on the rectification of the Business after the safety evaluation.Firstly, in the analysis of road traffic safety situation, based on analysis of the need for the safety evaluation and research status, status quo established by analysis of the contents of this article should be studied and methods.Secondly, determine the speed of different concepts, then discuss the relationship between speed of analysis of the road, vehicles and drivers so the impact on the speed, determined to run the speed of the basis for the safety evaluation, and discuss the use of running Speed is reasonable.Thirdly, scenic Road Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan combining the characteristics of the establishment of low-level scenic mountain road line segments, and longitudinal section of different sections such as computing speed prediction models, and models from the traffic, carts mixing rate, carriageways and other plane-the-horizon impact factors were modified.Fourth, the combination of low-level scenic mountain road to the characteristics of a low-level scenic mountain road suitable level of security classification method, Wulingyuan Scenic Road Zhangjiajie sections of the security levels of classification. Finally, based on accident black spots in the safety evaluation index, proposed method is based on the cumulative frequency of road accident black spot identification methods, Zhangjiajie scenic spot of Zhangjiajie highway safety classification of the poor level of road accident black spots for identification.
